Community Collaborative
    Under the Governor's Career-Technical Education (CTE) Initiative, the SDCCD CTE Community Collaborative aims to provide strategic leadership from education and industry for the planning, coordination and oversight of the SB 70 CTE projects awarded to the San Diego Community College Collaborative. The Collaborative is 1 of 52 collaboratives in California and is comprised of multiple partners involved in responding to the workforce needs of the region, including community colleges, K-12, and industry. Projects have been developed to identify industry and career technical training needs that have been targeted by the partners within this region. Each project focuses on a variety of career paths in key CTE sectors including Manufacturing, Biotechnology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Building Trades and Construction.
